Can FASTIX EXTERIOR be applied to damp surfaces? / Does it withstand continuous immersion underwater?

FASTIX EXTERIOR does not adhere to damp or wet surfaces, but once the bond has dried, it can be submerged in water without coming loose or being affected.

It is not suitable for use in fish tanks.
