How is POXI-RAN used?

POXIRAN is a household contact adhesive, especially recommended for bonding flexible materials such as leather, fabric and rubber.

• Apply a layer of POXI-RAN to each of the surfaces to be bonded. For proper application, spread the adhesive using the notched spatula provided in the container.

• Allow to dry for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, until it is no longer sticky to the touch. On porous materials, it is advisable to apply a second coat 15 minutes after the first.

• Join the surfaces and press firmly.

To achieve proper adhesion on plastic materials, we suggest preparing the surface beforehand using the following procedure:

1. Clean the surfaces to be bonded with a cloth soaked in alcohol. Before using it, check on an inconspicuous area that the solvent used does not damage the plastic surface.

2. Gently sand with emery cloth or 180-grit or finer wet-or-dry sandpaper. Clean again with the solvent selected in step 1.

Use the product with caution, in well-ventilated areas and away from sparks, flames or other sources of ignition.
