Does PYTHON multi-purpose tape leave residue on a car?

Removing PYTHON tape residue from a car can be difficult because its adhesive is very durable and therefore quite difficult to clean.

You can try to remove the tape carefully, avoiding scraping or scratching the paint. Then choose a product suitable for washing cars to remove any adhesive residue. Avoid using products such as alcohol, nail polish remover or acetone to remove the adhesive, as these can damage the paint finish.

The more time that has passed since the tape was applied, the more difficult it will be to completely remove the adhesive residue. Keep in mind that using solvents can damage the surface and/or its finish, so we do not recommend using them.
