FASTIX INTERIOR is a sealant. Although it adheres well to many materials, its adhesion is relatively lower than that of other adhesives.
FASTIX INTERIOR seals glass, aluminium, stainless steel, wood, rubber, ceramics and most plastics (except polyethylene, polypropylene and Teflon).
Check that the material you are trying to bond is included in the list of materials recommended for use with FASTIX INTERIOR. Make sure that the surface you want to bond is dry and clean, and free of dust, oil or grease.
Recommendations:
We recommend not subjecting the bond made with FASTIX INTERIOR to significant stress before 24 hours have passed.
Before FASTIX INTERIOR dries, it can be easily cleaned with petrol or mineral turpentine.
To neaten the edges, cut away the excess product once it has dried.
For effective filling, we recommend smoothing the application. This can be done with an ice cube and/or a spatula.
WARNING: The use of sharp objects and/or solvents to remove stains must be carried out while taking all the safety measures and precautions indicated for the use of such items.
